Get a Custom Printing Quote
Tell us the garment, the quantity and what you want on it, and we come back the same working day with a price and a free check of your artwork. There is no minimum on DTF, so this can be one shirt for yourself or five hundred for an event. Both are normal orders here.
What we need to quote you
Three things get you an accurate price the first time:
- The garment — a brand and style, or just “black cotton t-shirt” and we will suggest one. If you already own the garments, that works too.
- The quantity — and the size split if you have it.
- The artwork — a PNG, PDF or vector file. If all you have is a logo pulled off your website or a photo, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it prints cleanly or needs redrawing.
The more of these you give us, the closer the first number is to the final one.
How the price is worked out
Four things move a print quote: the method, the quantity, the number of colours, and the garment itself.
- DTF transfers carry no setup and no minimum, and the price per print barely changes whether your design has two colours or twenty, which is why we lead with DTF for small runs and detailed artwork.
- Screen printing gets cheaper per unit the more you order, because the setup is shared across the run, so it wins on large single-colour jobs.
- Embroidery is priced by stitch count rather than colours, so a small woven logo can be very economical on a polo or jacket.
We tell you which method suits your job when we quote, and if a cheaper method gives you the same result we say so. For a run across a team, the workwear and uniform service covers the rest of the kit.
What you get back
A written price, the method we would use and why, and a free check of your artwork before you pay a penny. If a file is too low-resolution, sits on the wrong colour setting, or has a background that needs knocking out, we flag it in the quote, not after the order is printed. Once you approve the artwork we confirm your turnaround in writing.
What we will not do
We will not take an order for artwork we cannot get a clean result from and hope it works out. If a file will not hold up at print size we tell you what it needs, whether that is a redraw, a vector version or a higher-resolution file, and we offer to sort it. It is a slower yes, and it is the reason reprints are rare.
Common questions
How long does a quote take?
The same working day for most jobs, usually within a few hours during studio hours.
What file should I send?
A PNG, PDF or vector (AI, EPS or SVG) is ideal. Send whatever you have and the free file check tells you if it needs work.
Is there a minimum order?
Not on DTF. A single garment is a normal order. Screen printing has a small minimum because of the setup involved.
Can you match a specific colour?
For screen printing we mix to Pantone. DTF and embroidery match as closely as each process allows, and we are honest about how close that is before you commit.
Do you print on garments I supply?
Yes. Send the brand and style and we will confirm it will take the print you want.
Can I collect, or do you deliver?
Both. Collect from our East London studio in E7, or we deliver across the UK.
Do you take rush jobs?
Often, depending on the method and what is on the presses. Put your deadline in the form and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.
Printed in our own East London studio in E7. Tell us what you have in the form above and we will come back the same working day.
