Children's fleece is lighter than adult fleece, which changes the method. A kids' 280gsm hoodie is rarer than an adult one; most sit around 240gsm, where DTF and a well-digitised small embroidery both work but dense, large embroidery can pucker. Front prints have to clear the pocket, and a hood with a name across the back needs the artwork sized to the child, not scaled down from an adult file.

No minimum on DTF, so one hoodie with one name is a normal order. Free artwork check, UK delivery, or collect from E7. Order adult and child sizes together and we will keep the design consistent across both.
