Teamwear, workwear and branded jackets
Custom printed and embroidered jackets from our East London studio, for teams, staff, sites and events. Jackets are the hardest garment in the catalogue to decorate well: linings, zips, panels and seams all limit where a design can sit, which is why a logo that looks right on a t-shirt often needs rethinking on outerwear.
Embroidery is the usual choice. It stands up to outdoor wear, sits well on fleece and softshell texture, and reads as uniform rather than merchandise. DTF transfers are the better option for full-colour or photographic artwork on flat panels, though they cannot cross zips, seams or heavy quilting.
Full-zip jackets, fleeces and outerwear
Placement is worth settling before you order. A left-chest logo is the standard position; a back yoke suits site and team wear where the wearer needs identifying at a distance; sleeve positions work well for names, numbers and secondary marks.
On waterproof shells we avoid embroidery altogether, because needling through a taped seam compromises the membrane the jacket is sold for. A heat-applied transfer or a sewn-on badge does the job without putting holes in the waterproofing. Send your artwork over and we will check it free before anything is decorated.
