Teamwear, softshells and branded outerwear
Custom softshell jackets, printed and embroidered in our East London studio, for staff uniform, site teams, clubs and events. Softshell is the most popular outerwear we decorate: it takes a logo cleanly, it is light enough to wear indoors, and it is warm and wind-resistant enough for outdoor work.
The fabric is the thing to understand. Softshell is a bonded face fabric with a fleece backing, so embroidery sits well on it and holds its shape, while transfers need a flat panel clear of seams and zips to bond properly.
Full-zip softshells, fleeces and outerwear
The waterproofing question, first. If the softshell is a membrane shell rated waterproof rather than water-resistant, we will not embroider it. Every stitch is a hole through the membrane, and a jacket bought for keeping rain out should not leave here leaking at the logo. On those garments we use a heat-applied transfer or a sewn-on badge instead.
On standard water-resistant softshells, embroidery is the hard-wearing choice: left chest for staff wear, back yoke for site teams, sleeve for secondary marks. Artwork is checked free before anything is decorated, and everything is made in-house in East London.
