Description
The Barnard Tank 5025 is a unisex vest from AS Colour, decorated to order by Brandum at our studio on Sherrard Road in East London. It is light weight at 150gsm, 100% combed cotton (heathers 15% viscose). There are 2 colours. Sizes run XS to 3XL. The same garment goes out whether you order a handful or a pallet.
How the 5025 takes a print
A lighter cotton, so we press it a touch cooler and use a softer transfer. Large solid blocks can feel heavy on a fabric this weight, so outline and text work usually looks better than full coverage. Heather and marle colours have viscose in them, which can shift slightly under heat. We allow for it.
Narrower than a tee, so keep the front to about 250 x 350mm. Left chest at 90 x 90mm.

Decoration we offer on this vest
We run screen printing, DTF transfers and embroidery on the 5025, all in house at E7 8DN. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why short runs turn around quickly and why we can tell you before you pay whether an idea will actually work on this fabric.
Ordering
You can order a single vest or several hundred. Price breaks kick in from ten units, sizes can be mixed inside one design, and there is no setup charge on DTF. Screen printing carries a screen cost, which is why it only makes sense above about fifty pieces.
