Description
The Faded Bucket Hat 1181 is a unisex cap from AS Colour, decorated to order by Brandum at our studio on Sherrard Road in East London. Made from Light-Mid weight, 100% cotton. There are 3 colours. One size fits all. Order one or order five hundred, the garment and the finish are the same.
How the 1181 takes a print
Garment dyed and washed finishes carry loose surface dye, so we always put a blocker under the print on these. Without one the colour creeps into a light transfer within a week or two, and it is the most common fault we see on faded garments that were printed somewhere else. The AS Colour label tears out, so if you are building a clothing brand rather than printing staff kit you can put your own woven label in without unpicking a seam.
Front panel embroidery runs to 120 x 60mm on a structured front, less on an unstructured one. Side and back panels take small marks.

Decoration we offer on this cap
We run screen printing, DTF transfers, embroidery and heat pressed vinyl on the 1181, all in house at E7 8DN. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why short runs turn around quickly and why we can tell you before you pay whether an idea will actually work on this fabric.
Ordering
Start with one if you want to see it first. We have no minimum order, the unit price drops at 10, 25, 50 and 100, and you can mix sizes freely within a single design without losing the break. Artwork ready before midday usually goes out the same day on DTF.
