Description
The Youth Classic Long Sleeve Tee 3063 is a kids’ long sleeve t-shirt from AS Colour, decorated to order by Brandum at our studio on Sherrard Road in East London. It is heavy weight at 220gsm, 100% combed cotton (heathers 15% viscose). There are 2 colours. Sizes run 8 yrs to 16 yrs. The same garment goes out whether you order a handful or a pallet.
How the 3063 takes a print
Straightforward cotton, which is the easiest thing there is to decorate. DTF sits flat and holds its colour through the wash, screen print lays down cleanly, and embroidery needs nothing more than a standard backing. Heather and marle colours have viscose in them, which can shift slightly under heat. We allow for it. The AS Colour label tears out, so if you are building a clothing brand rather than printing staff kit, you can put your own woven label in without unpicking a seam. Worth knowing.
Front and back take A3. Sleeve prints run to 80 x 300mm down the forearm, which is where most of the streetwear work goes.

Decoration we offer on this long sleeve t-shirt
We run screen printing, DTF transfers, embroidery and heat pressed vinyl on the 3063, all in house at E7 8DN. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why short runs turn around quickly and why we can tell you before you pay whether an idea will actually work on this fabric.
Ordering
You can order a single long sleeve t-shirt or several hundred. Price breaks kick in from ten units, sizes can be mixed inside one design, and there is no setup charge on DTF. Screen printing carries a screen cost, which is why it only makes sense above about fifty pieces.
