We offer free delivery across mainland UK for:

Delivery to Non-Mainland UK, Remote UK Areas and BFPO Addresses

We offer delivery to Non-Mainland and Remote Area UK locations (including Northern Ireland) at a competitive rate. For orders of up to 5 items, the delivery charge is a minimum of £5.99. For orders of 5 items or more, we charge just £1.00 per additional item.

Please note that the maximum delivery charge for these locations is capped at £10.00, regardless of the size of your order. For delivery to the Channel Islands, the maximum delivery charge is capped at £20.00. Unfortunately, we are unable to cap delivery charges for BFPO addresses at this time.

Express Delivery

For customers who need their items in a hurry, we offer Next Day and Express dispatch on selected orders for an additional cost. Please click here to read more about our express dispatch services.

Ireland Delivery

We’re pleased to offer delivery to Ireland, and we’ve worked hard to make our pricing as competitive as possible. For orders of up to 5 items, the delivery charge is a minimum of £19.99. For orders of 6 to 50 items, we charge just £0.50 per additional item. For orders of over 50 items, we charge just £0.25 per item.

Please note that when you place an order for delivery to Ireland, you will be designated as the importer of record for this sale. This means you’ll be responsible for any taxes, duties, and fees associated with the sale. However, we’ve made it easy for you to pre-pay these costs during checkout, so you won’t face any unexpected charges upon receipt of your goods. We’ll handle all the logistics of paying these fees to the relevant authorities, so you can rest assured that everything is taken care of.

Please be aware that due to the UK leaving the EU on January 1st, we’re working closely with our couriers to avoid any delays at the port. We appreciate your patience during this time, and we encourage you to order well in advance of when you need your items.

During checkout, we’ll request some information from you to ensure smooth delivery. Please be sure to provide a valid phone number and, if applicable, your EU VAT number and EORI number if you’re a business. European Delivery Charges

We’re pleased to offer delivery to a wide range of European countries, with the following delivery costs:

  • Minimum charge of £25.00 for up to 5 items.
  • £0.50 per additional item up to 50 items.
  • £0.25 per item for over 50 items.

For deliveries to EU countries, you will be designated as the importer of record for this sale, and liable for any taxes, duties and fees on this sale. However, we’ve got you covered – we have calculated these costs and enabled you to make a pre-payment, which we will pay on your behalf to the relevant authorities via our logistics partner. By placing your order, you grant us the authority to transact the import on your behalf and to pay the relevant taxes, duties and fees on your behalf. This means you will not face any unexpected charges upon receipt of your goods.

Please note that we are working closely with our couriers to avoid delays at port after the UK leaves the EU on January 1st. However, we recommend that you order well in advance to allow for any potential delays. During checkout, we’ll request additional information from you to ensure smooth delivery, so please make sure to provide a valid phone number. If you’re a business, please also include your EU VAT number and EORI number.

Rest of World Delivery

We’re pleased to offer delivery to several countries outside the UK and Europe, with the following delivery costs:

  • Minimum charge of £20.00 for up to 5 items.
  • £0.50 per item thereafter.

Please note that local taxes may apply at the point of delivery for these countries.

Collection

If you’re located in London or happen to be passing by, you can choose to collect your order directly from our warehouse in E7 8DN.

Please note that collection is free of charge, but any express production charges will still apply. We’ll notify you via email once your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Times

Our standard dispatch time for all orders is 5 working days. However, please note that during peak periods, the dispatch time may be longer. If you require your order by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we can only guarantee a dispatch date if you select and pay for our express dispatch service. Please note that an estimated delivery date will be provided when you place your order. However, this date is dependent on your timely response to any communication from Brandum, such as approval of an embroidery proof. Failure to do so may impact our ability to meet the originally specified timeframe.

After Dispatch

Your Delivery

Deliveries are typically made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, excluding public holidays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification.

Orders within the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL, while orders outside of the UK are usually dispatched by DHL Express or DPD. If your order is dispatched by DHL, they will notify you directly of a one-hour delivery window. If you are not available to receive your order, it will be left with a neighbour unless you specify otherwise.

Please note that our standard dispatch time is five working days, but during peak periods, it may take longer. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting and paying for our express dispatch service. While we will do our best to meet your delivery deadline, failure to promptly respond to any communication from us, such as approving an embroidery proof, may affect our ability to deliver by the originally specified date.

What happens if I am not in to receive the order?

In the event that you are not available to receive your delivery, our courier will make two attempts to deliver your package on consecutive business days. If the driver is unable to deliver your package, they will leave a message containing a telephone number to reschedule the delivery. It is important to contact the courier as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery date. If our courier is unable to make contact with you, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery in this case.

 

Returns and Cancellations

What happens if I want to cancel an order?

We strive to provide a speedy and efficient delivery service to our customers. Our process involves dispatching orders within hours to ensure prompt delivery times. Due to this, it may not always be possible to cancel your order.

Please note that once an order is placed, expenses are incurred by us including artwork production, ordering of materials, and placement of orders with vendors. These expenses are subject to their respective cancellation or restocking policies and charges. In the event that you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, Brandum reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs, and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.

 

Returns

At Brandum, we strive for one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, as we provide personalised goods, we cannot accept returns unless there is a mistake on our part or the garments are faulty. If you receive faulty goods, please return them to us within 30 days of receipt for investigation.

Please note that The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification. Before placing your order, please make sure to check the product size information carefully. As we source garments from different manufacturers, there is no such thing as a standard size. We provide accurate sizing information for each product under the ‘Sizing information’ tab, located just to the right of the product description. This will help you make an informed decision about the sizes you wish to order.

Once a garment is personalised, we can only accept returns for sizing issues if the product does not measure what we state on the size information tab for that item. If you receive garments that do not measure correctly, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you.

All personalised items from Brandum are made to order, including items purchased from our “pre-designed” section or through affiliated merchandise stores. Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item cost. To initiate a return, please contact our customer services team with your order number and they will provide you with further instructions.
