Guide to Applying DTF Transfers to Cotton & Polyester Fabrics

Step directions for applying DTF transfers to Cotton fabrics;

1. Prepare the Heat Press- Set the temperature of your heat press to 160 degrees Celsius.

2. Adjust the Pressure- Use an medium pressure setting on the press.

3. Positioning the Garment- Smoothly place the cotton garment onto the press.

4. Cover with Parchment Paper or Teflon Sheet- Place a sheet of parchment paper or Teflon sheet over both the garment to Preheat the garment for 5 seconds with heat press

5. Apply the Transfer Film- Position the DTF transfer film onto your desired area of the garment.

6. Cover with Parchment Paper or Teflon Sheet- Place a sheet of parchment paper or Teflon sheet over both the garment and transfer film.

7. Pressing Time- Apply pressure to the garment with the transfer for 14 to 18 seconds.

8. Removing Backing Film- Our film is designed for release so carefully peel off the backing film from the transfer.

9. Re pressing if Needed- If necessary cover the transferred area more with parchment paper or Teflon sheet and apply brief pressure for 2 3 seconds.

10. Allow Cooling and Setting- Letting it cool down properly is crucial so avoid stretching or washing any transfers for 24 hours to ensure adhesion and durability.

By following these instructions you can achieve a high quality DTF design transfer, onto cotton fabric resulting in a print that lasts longer.

I usually only write reviews when it's a bad experience. But my experience was so good dealing with these guys I had to write a good one.I ordered a set of t-shirt prints with embroidery for my wedding as gifts to the groomsmen. With not much to go with, the staff at Brandum went above and beyond to help me create the perfect design and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Their communication was so quick, clear and efficient. Best of all though was the quality and turn-around time! They were so much better than I was expecting.When I wanted to make slight changes to my order at last minute, they made sure they could accommodate it and even followed up to see how the big day went afterwards!Excellent product, service and staff. You won't regret it and would be hard pressed to find better elsewhere. A+++++

We ordered printed hoodies and T shirts, our own design.Great service at a great price, these guys can pretty much do anything, all you have to do is take an idea to them and presto!very quick turn around time.we will be going back.

Amazing customer service, and really quick turnaround time! Really needed T-shirts printed and these guys didn’t disappoint!Top quality fabrics used, and printing quality was 100%. After booking a lads trip for my friend Pedro's stag in his home city of Lima, our group of ex frat boy turned bankers was unusually excited to let our proverbial hair down and party like it was still 1999.Unfortunately boys will be boys and a member of the group "no names mentioned" failed to do his single job of ordering our Stag T shirts, a rather eloquently designed printed T showcasing our previous international exploits and looking somewhat like the poster for American Pie 17. rather than being a man and facing the firing squad, the man who henceforth will be known as "The Mugh" decided to inform the group with little more than 48 hours remaining, this resulted in a last minute scramble to find a London based printers who would accommodate our needs and deliver on time, more importantly, one who would deliver high quality garments alongside the printing service.Now you might be wondering... why the extended review...We found a place, they guaranteed our t shirts... promised us the worlds and failed to deliver. Claiming the T shirts in that colour would not be available for another 5 working days...Back to stage one...Until we found Brandum, now although cynical at first, I was eventually converted into a believer like a pilgrim making a journey based on faith, we boarded our plane believing all hope to be lost.As promised, after waking for breakfast in our hotel, the reception desk had received a surprise delivery in the post!Ten stag T shirts, ready to go.Crisis avertedWe got the party started!Thank you BrandumUmair you are a legend mate!

Brandum did an amazing job printing front and back TShirts and Polo's for my company!! I ordered 15 tops and was able to collect within a matter of days. Have since washed the tops a number of times and the logos are secure, no evidence of peeling and no shrinkage whatsoever!!! I'm currently ordering sweaters and hoodies for the coming winter season and can't wait to see my team in them!
