Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to our high-quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with different departments, managing resources, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery.
- Lead and develop a team, promoting high professional standards.
- Build collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee project pricing, including quotations, work reviews, and invoicing.
- Ensure all projects meet KPIs and client expectations.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources for projects.
- Uphold legal and compliance best practices.
- Mentor and train junior staff members.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (specific to T-shirt printing is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- UK Driving Licence.
