Position Overview:

As a DTF Process Manager, you will oversee the entire DTF manufacturing process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for rapid turnaround times and exceptional product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of DTF transfers, ensuring they are ready to press and meet client specifications.
• Manage the use of gang sheets to optimize production and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure the maintenance and optimal operation of DTF transfer film printers, heat transfer equipment, and other related machinery.
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage and fulfil bulk and custom orders.
• Uphold stringent quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Lead and develop the production team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing DTF or related printing processes.
• Strong understanding of DTF technology, including transfer sheets, transfer paper, and transfer film printers.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Proficient in using MS Office software and other relevant technology.
• Good judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.

• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet production needs.
• Ability to travel as needed for training, meetings, or supplier visits.
