ContentCreator.
You'll be the face of Brandum on social media. On camera every day, wearing our garments, making people laugh, and showing the world what we do. Real creative freedom, a real audience, and a proper salary while you build it.
About the role
Build something real with us.
Brandum is a custom print and apparel brand based in East London. T-shirt printing, DTF transfers, embroidery and branded clothing, and we're growing fast. We need someone to be the face of that growth online, full-time, on a proper contract.
- 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, based at our East London unit
- Β£14.36 to Β£16.41 an hour equivalent, comfortably above the National Living Wage
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays, plus a workplace pension
- Permanent and employed, not freelance, not a trial, not unpaid exposure
π¬ You are the brand online
You won't just be posting for us, you'll be us on social media. Your face, your personality, your humour. We want someone who can make people stop scrolling, laugh, and hit follow. Think less corporate, more creator.
π Grow with the brand
This isn't just a gig, it's a launchpad. As the account grows, so does your pay. We're transparent about the milestones and committed to rewarding results, and we've written them down further down this page.
What you'll do
The day to day.
You're the ideas person, the face, the camera operator and the editor, all in one. Some days you'll be in front of the camera making people laugh. Other days you'll be directing a shoot or deep in an edit. Every day is different.
Create one video per day
Concept, film and edit a daily short-form video for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You're the whole crew.
Be the face of Brandum online
You'll be on camera daily, presenting, reacting, storytelling. Your personality is the brand's personality. We need someone naturally creative, funny, and comfortable in front of a lens.
Wear & model the garments
You'll wear Brandum's custom clothing, t-shirts, hoodies, printed pieces, in content and shoots. Styling yourself and the products is part of the job. Fashion sense is a must.
Plan & shoot content
Organise and run photo and video shoots, product flatlays, lifestyle shots, styled looks. You'll plan the creative and make it happen.
Behind-the-scenes content
Take people inside the brand, the print floor, orders going out, how garments are made. Raw, real BTS content builds the most loyal audiences.
Come up with the ideas
Trending formats, product showcases, funny skits, brand stories. You pitch and own the creative direction. We want your brain, not just your hands.
Edit images & graphics
Retouch product shots, create social graphics, and support brand visuals using Photoshop and Illustrator when you're not filming.
Manage posting & scheduling
Keep the calendar consistent, write captions that connect, stay on top of trends, and respond to comments to build the community.
The vibe
Are you the one?
This isn't a job for someone who wants to hide behind a camera. We're looking for a specific type of person.
Naturally funny
You don't have to try to be entertaining, you just are. You know how to make people laugh and keep them watching.
Genuinely online
You spend time on TikTok and Instagram not just watching but studying. You notice what works, what flops, and why.
Creative to your core
You have ideas constantly. You see content opportunities everywhere. You're already making stuff in your free time.
Fashion-aware
You know how to style an outfit, you understand what looks good on camera, and you're comfortable wearing and presenting clothing.
Comfortable on camera
Not just willing to be on screen, you actually enjoy it. You can present naturally, do multiple takes, and find your best angles.
Self-starter
You don't need hand-holding. You can turn up, figure out what needs doing, and deliver, every single day without being chased.

Raise your chances
What a great application looks like.
We'll review every video. Here's exactly what separates the ones we call back from the ones we don't.
β GreatNatural, relaxed, looks directly at camera. Feels like a person, not a presentation.
β WeakReading from a script, avoiding eye contact, or clearly uncomfortable on screen.
β GreatSpecific, original, and shows you've actually looked at our brand and thought about our audience.
β WeakGeneric ("maybe a product showcase?") or something you'd suggest for any brand.
β GreatThoughtful outfit, good framing, shows visual awareness. Doesn't have to be fancy, just intentional.
β WeakShot in bad lighting with no attention to how it looks. If you don't care for your own video, we notice.
β GreatMakes us smile, feel something, or want to watch more. Shows us the real you.
β WeakFlat delivery, corporate tone, or feels like a job interview rather than a content creator introducing themselves.
β±οΈ Video under 3 minutes, plus your CV. Best applications are usually 60 to 90 seconds on camera. Film on your phone in one take if you want, what matters is personality and the idea. Email it to careers@brandum.com with your CV attached.
