Personalised hats and caps, embroidered and printed in our East London studio. Caps are almost always embroidered rather than printed — the curved front panel and the seam down the middle make flat transfers unreliable, while stitching follows the shape of the cap and lasts as long as the garment.
What to think about. Placement is limited by construction: the front panel is the standard position, with the side panel and the rear strap area as alternatives. Fine detail and very small text are harder to stitch cleanly than to print, so simpler, bolder marks reproduce best. Structured caps hold a design more crisply than unstructured ones; beanies and knitted styles need the design scaled to the rib.
Send us the artwork first. We check every file free before anything goes on a machine, and we will tell you honestly if a design needs simplifying to stitch well at cap size. Everything is decorated in-house in East London and delivered UK-wide.
