Embroidery is the usual choice for a polo. A stitched left-chest logo reads as a uniform rather than as a promotional shirt, and it survives repeated industrial washing better than any print. DTF transfers are the better option where the artwork is full-colour, photographic, or too fine to stitch cleanly at chest size.
Placement and detail. Left chest is standard; sleeve and back-yoke positions work well for team and site wear. Piqué fabric has a textured surface, so very small text and hairline detail need checking before they go on a machine — we will tell you if a design needs simplifying rather than letting it come out badly.
