Which method suits a vest. DTF transfers are usually the right choice: they handle full colour and photographic artwork on cotton and polyester, they work on the lighter, stretchier fabrics vests are often cut from, and there is no minimum order. Screen printing suits larger runs of flat-colour designs.
What to consider. The printable area on a vest is narrower than on a t-shirt, so a design sized for a tee often needs scaling down — worth checking before you commit to a run. Racerback and scoop styles reduce the usable width further still.

Yes. DTF works well on many poly blends. For very light/technical fabrics, we may adjust settings or recommend a test.
DTF has a thin, flexible hand. For large solid blocks on performance fabrics, we can break art into lighter elements to improve breathability.
Yes — women’s specific and racerback styles are available. Check size charts on each product or ask us to advise on fit.
Vector AI/EPS/PDF preferred. If raster, export PNG/PDF at 300 DPI at print size with transparent background (if needed). Keep key details 5 mm from edges.
